The McFarlane Prize for 2007

Just a quick note to let you know that this year we’ll again be organ­is­ing the McFarlane Prize for Excellence in Australian Web Design. Nominations will open soon, for sites built by Australian indi­vid­u­als and teams between August 1^st 2006 and July 31^st 2007. The qual­ity of entries last year (with over 120) was excel­lent — so take a look at the judg­ing cri­te­ria — sites which don’t really embrace stan­dards based cod­ing and acces­si­bil­ity won’t get too far.

Entries will like last year be at no cost.

We look for­ward to see­ing what the Australian web indus­try has been up to this year.
