Lynne will set the tone of the con­fer­ence this year with insights into the future of media drawn from her wealth of expe­ri­ence in busi­ness, media and online com­mu­ni­ties as Senior Editor at Fast Company.

Prior to join­ing Fast Company, she was the General Manager, New Media for VIBE, SPIN, and VIBE Vixen where she she man­aged mar­ket­ing, edi­to­r­ial, pro­duc­tion, busi­ness devel­op­ment, and sales oper­a­tions for the mag­a­zines’ web­sites and mobile prop­er­ties. Her per­sonal blog, Lynne d Johnson || music, media, my life, which launched in July 2001, is the recip­i­ent of the 2006 Black Weblog Awards Black Blogger Achievement Award.

    I thought Lynnes pre­sen­ta­tion was fan­tas­tic and really thought pro­vok­ing. I have enthu­si­as­ti­cally reported back to my team and am eagerly await­ing the slides and pod­cast. Way to go Lynne!!
