Year round learning for product, design and engineering professionals

A huge thanks to Twilio, technology partner at Code://Remote

There’s little chance you’ve not used Twilio’s services, extensively, even if you aren’t aware of it, or even them. Their SMS, email and other messaging services are relied on by Netflix, Shopify, AirBNB and countless other companies to engage their customers.

When we held in-person conferences (remember those days?) they helped us solve one of the most difficult challenges for any conference organiser–ensuring attendees got their espresso coffee in a timely fashion, with their coffee ordering app that was so good venues where we hosted our conferences wanted to use it all the time.

And we use (and indeed have used for many years) their SendGrid service to deliver our emails when folks register for our conferences.

They’re a very developer focussed company, and have technologies that make implementing video chat, text chat, chatbots and much more, fast and hassle-free.

We can’t wait to let you order a coffee via Twilio in-person at one of our events, and are still working on how to make that a reality remotely, but meanwhile, come say Hi to the folks at Twilio at Code://Remote and enjoy a virtual coffee on them!
